The Greendays Group form system can accomodate 100% custom forms.  We take your form parameters and build your form to work with our hosting system.  We support standard HTML as well as PDF style forms.

Our form system allows you to customize the disclosure / disclaimer on a form by form basis.  It also lets you customize the thank you message displayed to your prospect or customer when they complete the form.  Each form can also be customized with your agency name and / or logo at the top of the form.  Finally, we can add and removed fields on forms for a nominal fee.

• Forms Can be Printed /Exported.

Our system supports printing the information as well as exporting it to a .csv file for import into 3rd party customer management systems such as Goldmine and Act.  PDF style forms will render just as if you had typed the information directly into the form.  This is especially valuable if utilizing standardized forms is important for your business practices.

• Forms Are Easy to Manage.

Forms are logged by date received and if action has been taken on them.  When they are processed you can delete them out of the queue.
